Cons

Was fired for no reason everyone in DFW was fired without warning. Computer just stopped working. Got a call from HR and let us know that the job had ended even hung up on a customer to fire us.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
