It's a job. Easy hiring process. Medical benefits. They work around your schedule. Laid back environment.

Cons

Supervisors are never available. Supervisors are undertrained. Agents are undertrained. Policies change often and are always unclear. Agents are underpaid for the amount of work we do.

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
