Pros

They are very "nice" during your training They'll feed you pizza on Friday One of the owners will come by and meet your group during training (but not care about your opinion) They'll raffle gift cards for attendance (but you may or may not receive them, most of us didn't)

Cons

HR takes WEEKS to fix any issues with your pay (terrible if this is your only source of income) Only full time positions available Extremely minimal training (sink or swim mentality) Rude managers HR has also been known to lose important documents such as copies of peoples IDs and social security numbers Your managers won't be able to help you most of the time because they will promote anyone who asks regardless of how well they are informed on their jobs.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
