You get paid till you dont

Cons

No leadership!! Wait times are crazy long because no one knows nothing and the training is none. The read from a script and if asked to slow down they say things like. "This is me it's the way I do it." So does that tell you anything about the attitude. They are accusing without any facts to back up and change your time if they don't like your time. Worse company I have ever signed up with.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
