Enjoyed the supvisors and other agents.

Cons

They will screw you over. Higher management doesn't care for the lower agents. If you go for a higher position there is no raise. It is "volunteer position".

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
