Pros

If you’re wanting to get your feet wet and jump into the call center world and perfect your skills this is a good building block for your future endeavors. Having the help of a good Supervisor and a good team is also beneficial to your success.

Cons

WFH is being slowly removed in a backhanded way. Upper management is more concerned about covering their own butt and saving themselves versus truly coaching their supervisors and agents.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
