Easy work, decent training major holidays off , paid time off , pto

Cons

They say you will get a bonus but say they never heard or known about a bonus. Opps managers do not care about their employees. Very rude attitudes. They harass workers and never get the lunch room supply up. Lack having work every day.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
