Pros

Pay, work from home, and that's about it

Cons

Everything other than the pay and the ability to work from home. The managers suck and I don't know how they got promoted, the higher ups lie and manipulate people.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
