Pros

My old supervisor was amazing.

Cons

They will change your position with no notice and any promotions within that project will not transfer to the new department. The managers are unorganized. No leadership. 3 year waiting list for first shift. Does not work with disabilities of any kind. Physically and especially mental.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
