Pros

The starting pay is great for the area that I am located in. They offer full time jobs and if your project ends, they will provide you with another project to transfer to.

Cons

This is contract work, so projects tend to end. You may be moved around quite a bit.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
