Since starting here almost 5 years ago, ACT has made so many incredible changes to make this company the employer of choice in ALL locations. Consistently adding new benefits, like daily pay and being employee owned is just the tip of the iceberg. Really excited to continue to watch the growth!

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
