Pros

It was a stable work environment and it has some good bonuses and pay.

Cons

Management doesn't like if you take any sick days and will call you multiple times if you call out sick throughout the day to try and get you to come in.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
