Pros

The pay is good, but other than that. The benefits, if they keep you employed long enough to use them, that would be a pro as well, but they give you the 90 days before using your PTO. The catch is, they will end your project right before the 90 days.

Cons

Lacks communication, training it's like, throwing you to the lions with the team leads expecting you to survivor without gear. The lack of sympathy and I say this because NON, and I mean NON of the top supervisors' care about you. If you reach out to them, you get in trouble with your team lead. The Company is a joke and the Managment is even a bigger joke.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
