Pros
Working in jail, you see something new every day. I like having to think on my feet. Management is supportive and encourages you to make decisions by asking what is the right thing to do? Medically, you never know what you are going to get in off the street with these patients, and I like the challenge.
Cons
Not enough full-time work. Too many part-time positions. And you're more likely to get sued just because of who your patients are. But the company takes care of lawsuits for you.
