8yThis is a very honest review. Thank you. We have grown very fast and that does result in having to research and determine the best practices for certain tasks. We don't want to be set in our ways and have those ways become outdated. Setting the structure and creating processes does present some exciting challenges while focusing on what the right thing to do for the employee. Thank you again for the feedback! Any ideas that you have (that you may not have shared yet) would be greatly appreciated.
