Thank you for the positive words about compensation. We do actively work to pay employees a high rate in exchange for the work that they take ownership over.
HR does not force employees to fill out Glassdoor reviews (it is quite impossible to do so because reviews are anonymous), though we do annually speak with Glassdoor representatives to consider purchasing a career page and review our account activity. We encourage employees to rate us on Glassdoor because many applicants have shared that this is a useful website for determine a company to go to but do not tell them or suggest what to write.
It is unfortunate you felt your training was inadequate as an administrative assistant in the corporate office. There are several other administrative assistants, supervisors, former employees that have been promoted out of your role and human resources here to assist if additional training was needed. ACH has an open door policy and employees are never alone. Management staff and executives are available 24/7.
With regard to your advice, we appreciate the feedback and we have already begun addressing it. Last year, our training committee identified Learning Management Systems and began working with vendors to choose the best one for our organization. Our training program is currently implementing the Learning Management System to allow employees to take training online with videos and interactive systems.
Finally, with human resources in the building and managers on site in the corporate office, it is highly unlikely that you were not aware of performance issues prior to termination (assuming you were involuntarily terminated based upon your review). Being that ACH is an 'at will' organization there is no benefit to making up a 'fake reason' to fire employees. It is more of a benefit to ACH to train employees and help them to succeed to improve retention and decrease costs in filling an open role.
