      Autonomy with the expectation I work hard Set expectations with the understanding that I should grow with my role Ability to run with my ideas with the expectation that I take ownership over the final product FLEX TIME Stable company that helps with future personal career planning High pay with both cost of living and performance increases

      Cons

      Sometimes people think they cannot call the corporate office to ask questions or to get help. I wish all employees knew that we have designed our roles at the corporate office to help them get their questions answered. We're kind of a mediator to help facilitate mutually beneficial decisions.
