Difficult to schedule time off. At will employment contract. No due process given for any policy violations.

Thank you for your feedback. At the current time, our attendance policy does request at least two weeks' notice for taking paid time off in order to comply with contractual coverage requirements. At certain times and depending on the situation, notice time may be decreased. We have an open door policy and this issue was discussed on more than one occasion.

Health benefits are mildly affordable

Cons

This organization operates with outdated, 1980s-era business practices—from manual tracking systems to rigid, mistrust-driven expectations. There is a complete lack of trust in staff, evidenced by excessive surveillance, constant camera monitoring, and a culture that feels more like a prison than a workplace. Upper management consistently demonstrates unprofessional behavior, including inappropriate oversharing of personal matters and encouraging employees to monitor or report on one another. There have been allegations of discrimination involving management, along with ongoing concerns regarding unfair and unethical business practices. Employees are offered little to no work-life balance, and the overall environment is one of control, fear, and micromanagement rather than accountability, respect, or growth.
