Friendly working environment. Direct management as well as executives encourage professional growth (not only because the success of their employees means success for the company) but because they genuinely want you to succeed in your goals. They show they care in so many ways; recognition, a critical incident program, tuition reimbursement, life event recognition, etc. Open door policy is a real thing here, no matter how busy anyone is, they are always willing to take time to listen, suggest, and support their employees. I’ve never worked for a company where ALL employees can call the owner, president, or directors at any time and ALWAYS get a call back. People seem to think change is always a bad thing, but one thing has never changed… ACH cares.
Cons
Insurance is great as far as coverage but a little expensive, however the benefits rep. is very helpful and informative.
