The company leadership can be either non-responsive and uncaring what is going on at the sites or on the other end of the spectrum demanding that you know things that you were never trained on, never given information on, never provided policy for, or received proper forms for. Then when all is said and done they hire people for a site without input from the current site manager and advise to just adjust as its to "make things better". We also receive these surveys from Glass door every year and many of us at this site respond the same way.....yet somehow we always end up getting a "best places to work" award. Not sure how that happens...
