      Pros

      Positive atmosphere even though we work in a correctional setting. We have numerous resources to pull advice and suggestions from. I have been working for Advanced for 3 and a half years and have found it to be an excellent company to work for.

      Cons

      Just the occasional worry of having our contract continued.
