This is a family owned business and the CEO is the Grandfather who is currently in the prosses of turning it over to the three Granddaughters. Now they are young and highly educated, meaning book smart, but have really no actual hands on business experience. They are currently in the mind set of they know what is best and are proactively eliminating the older workforce by either reducing their hours or increasing their work load. This just makes the employees leave the company. So when you are reading the past reviews be aware of how long the writer has been with the Company. They all still have their rose colored glasses on.
