Upper management consistently demonstrates unprofessional behavior, including inappropriate oversharing of personal matters and encouraging employees to monitor or report on one another. There have been allegations of discrimination involving management, along with ongoing concerns regarding unfair and unethical business practices. Employees are offered little to no work-life balance, and the overall environment is one of control, fear, and micromanagement rather than accountability, respect, or growth.
