Pros
The only redeeming quality about this position is that it was moved to be remote during the pandemic.
Cons
There was only about 7 techs located in the US office. Half were gone before I left. The company cannot seem to hire anyone willing to take the position based in the US. The pay they offer is not as competitive as they state. The office before switching to remote based was not updated, and management refused to make any changes when concerns were brought up to management, or during the peak of the pandemic when the office was empty. The carpet throughout the workspace is stained. Departments were refusing to return to office because of the condition of the workspace.
