Pros
Not a whole lot since it's a scam.
Cons
When you come into the company and team, you're thought to believe you will be making all this money, it's a fun team environment and apart of that cool tech life experience. Honestly, it's all fluff. It was the easier job I ever landed and the easiest to lose. They want you to eat, breathe, and sleep recruiting. You're expected but not "told" to work 10+ hours a day in order to meet the 3 people you're supposed to have in 3 months. You are not given many tools to succeed or given much training. The job seems fun and easy at first but you're cut pretty quick if you aren't where they suspect you to and don't really help if you hit the ground running. That's why the turn over is so high because they don't invest in their employees to make sure they grasp what they are doing and fake it to you make it (which isn't cool when you're dealing with medical professionals).
