Pros
Great place to begin healthcare career (entry level), friendly co-workers and working environment. If you are a recent grad or studying healthcare at university this is a great place to learn and grow. The work is meaningful and not just busy work. Dress code is somewhat business casual/casual. They cater lunch at the end of each month. Paid Holidays, There is a good amount of diversity in the company. Work schedule is somewhat flexible which is a plus, location/building is very spacious and fairly new/clean. You receive great benefits if you are a full-time employee. Overall excellent place to work compared to other healthcare management companies I have been/worked at.
Cons
Small company/office which means limit to move up in company or moving into other positions. Need to upgrade break room appliances and lower vending machine prices. Airplanes sometimes fly directly over the building ;0 Not a ton of places to go for lunch without driving. Physical Therapy is right above the office.
