Pros
Struggling to find positives about organization to share. Would not recommend as employer or vendor to government clients. Well positioned as Autodesk reseller but falls short on meeting client expectations.
Cons
Poor understanding of market requirements, lack of service delivery model, poor execution and understanding of basic project management. Very poor communication throughout organization. For small firm very slow to adapt to new processes and technologies. Doesn't reimburse employee expenses.
