Management style is flat, everyone is equal and has a voice.

Cons

Difficult to get pay raises. Instead of a raise, a small bonus was given but obviously it did not increase my yearly salary year over year.

Good people, and work ethic. Purpose driven culture to support non profit clients. We truly enjoy working together. Great benefits, generous PTO.

Cons

Not enough diversity at the top. Smaller departments have little room for growth while expectations increase each year.
