Pros

It is a wonderful place to work with great people. The owners are always willing to lend a helping hand. The work is invigorating. You never work on same project once. They also have great health insurance!

Cons

Long hours when busy with projects

Pros

•Most of the employees are kind •They get unique contracts in various sectors

Cons

•Too many members of the management team are related, making it hard to give criticism/feedback without the fear of getting fired or unfair consequences. •Management will forget or disregard employees requests. Most common example is work life balance which leads to burnout. •Not the most organized place. Lots of last minute work. Change orders are common, Some jobs will be rushed to be completed and might not ship for months. •Some of the managers bully employees in front of or behind the back of them. •The wrong employees will micromanage. The employees with knowledge are too busy to help others. •Benefits package is equal to or lesser than most small companies. •Pay is low but understandable from a small company.

Pros

Building has A/C, nothing else to add here.

Cons

Working here was a disappointing experience. The holiday time off was minimal, barely enough to recharge, let alone spend quality time with family. The company culture felt stifling; it seemed like 50% of the staff was related, which created a cliquey atmosphere where outsiders weren't fully embraced. Even the HR lady (A.M) is the CEOs wifes sister, which makes it very difficult for any person to want to go to HR for any reason at all. It's an intense workaholic environment where long hours are expected and personal life is often disregarded. Engineers were often disrespected and their opinions dismissed carelessly. It is ironic because the CEO (C.H) swears by "Work life balance" but seems to have completely forget about that aspect. The CEO (C.H) is involved in every project because the company is so small, has bad anger issues and an EGO problem. The CEO (C.H) will get in little what most people would call "tantrums" and seamlessly start screaming in the office area at people from his office across the length of the building when he is upset. Career growth was promised but never delivered; they'll tell you one thing and do another, showing a lack of regard for personal goals. Vacation policies were abysmal, leaving little room for relaxation or personal time. Overall, a place that fails to value work-life balance or individual development. Lastly, the benefits were honestly a joke, I was paying as a single adult, almost 300$ per month for the cheapest plan possible. Where I would be paying half that through anywhere else, including my current employer. No 401K match either In the end, If I had a kid who was in there 20's I would not want them to start here because it could taint there view upon all engineering firms. Easily the worst company I have ever been employed through. I would personally give it a 0 out of 10 if I could. But hey, at least the building has A/C so I guess that's a good start!
