Pros
The company provides some amazing benefits as well as highly competitive pay. Managers and supervisors are attentive to the needs of the people on their teams. The CEO is one of the most down to earth people I've ever met, which is a breath of fresh air. Opportunities to learn and continue your education are available everywhere and the potential to grow into new roles within the company are endless. Moving up is certainly an option for the foreseeable future.
Cons
As a growing company, there are some growing pains. Some may see this is a con, but it is inevitable as the company moves forward and makes changes based on these experiences.
