Pros
ATI is a great company to work for. They value their employees and have great work/life balance. They are very flexible and accommodating when life happens, which is huge. If you want to grow in your career and put in the time and effort, the career opportunities are endless. The company is only going to continue to grow and so will the advancement opportunities.
Cons
Lack of growth opportunities for part-time employees Only 4 weeks of paid parental leave (I think this is going up in January)
