Inside Placement can be available Some managers will help you to move to other positions HR can be very helpful Never had any pay problems (except raises were meager)
Cons
Teams working at customer branches have a lot of pressure to meet customer demands and Corporate ATS also places demands on those units. Money allocated to each site determines number of employees and not actual need. Manager may perceive needs but these could be askew and there is no check and balance system.
