Pros
Management doesn't get involved unless they absolutely must. The freedom was nice and the work-life balance was excellent. Overtime is avoided like the plague, so if you need to stay late, you'll be let out early before the end of the pay period. It's a great place to gain experience and a regular paycheck in order to get a real job later on.
Cons
If something *does* go wrong, you are entirely at fault. Pay is barely mediocre. Management will invent reasons to avoid pay increases. Many of the criteria for determining if you've earned a pay increase are entirely subjective (cannot be measured/quantified).
