Pros
Good benefits, career opportunities are limited but can be advanced if employee chooses a department transfer to another facility, wages are what you can negotiate at time of hiring but equitable to those of companies like manpower.
Cons
Highly bureaucratic, uses Six Sigma to evaluate employees instead of actual practical problems ivolved with job performance which leads to high employee turnover, lots of animosity among employees, first line supervision is usually not knowledgable of job mechanics and what it takes to do or complete a job and sarcism towrds employees.
