Gets your foot in the door if your a new grad because they’re desperate & will hire anyone

Cons

Overworked, severely underpaid; 31k salary when the state median average is 56k & the low average is 42k…11k under the LOW average? Get real. Wages are so low they’re considered below the poverty line & most of us get our health insurance through medicaid…embarrassing for a healthcare company.
