Management is terrible with no structure you never have a set schedule and will be asked to add new cases and districts on at any point in the year with little notice They will take advantage of you and your time, especially if you are a new grad they do not care about the people you service, they just hoard money for upper management VERY low pay and little to no raises sometimes you will be required to work through lunch or while driving from site to site Some highly questionable practices that you may not want to be involved in No benefits
