BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - Daycare Director Advanced Therapy Employee Review

This job is misleading. They advertise as a leadership position and that you will "collaborate with the preschool director." The preschool director is literally in the office 1-2 days per week. They state that you are to keep daycare sites in OCFS compliance, and that you are a supervisor to every site. They basically lure you into this and force you to drive everywhere and substitute for their absent staff. There is no communication. They don't pay mile reimbursement as it is "part of your job." Their staff is unprofessional. They pay a low salary. RUN.
