Pros
The company does its best to take care of employees. Offers quarterly bonuses for the entire company if we make our numbers. Every company meeting (every other week) we discuss examples of our core values and can recognize each other. The company supports employees going through life threatening illnesses, frequently asks you what you need to get your job done. In sales we have access to senior management and engineering twice a week if we need it, to discuss what the customer needs and how we can best make it happen. We are encouraged to give back to our communities and ownership sets the example.
Cons
The company has grown tremendously in the last three years and managing that kind of growth can be challenging, especially for those in the technical side of our business because when we sell things we need them installed!! Can be stressful
