Pros

- Great training, their ACTION training will really push you to your limits and teach the basics of a broad scope of topics which will help you get PhilNITS Certified - Nihongo Training, the japanese teachers are all approachable and will help you get to a decent level of nihongo and pass JLPT - Chance to be deployed to japan, if you're lucky enough - Most projects are well documented. - Some managers are very approachable and understanding, supportive even. You will not be scorned for expressing your thoughts and concerns. - You can foster good relationship with your co-workers. There's no office politics. - If you are lucky to be in a long-term project, your skills will be honed as they are strict with quality.

Cons

- Depending on your projects, you may not be able to focus on a certain technology. Technologies used per project varies and you may end up knowing a lot but not specializing in any one of those. - If you undergo their ACTION training, there's a two year bond. - Below average salary. Promotion doesn't increase your salary much. - There are projects that are not handled properly; 80% chance of getting in one of those. If you're unlucky, expect to render OT even on weekends and holidays. - Management is a mess. They make big decisions that affects employee daily life and commute without consulting the employees. - High turnover rate. Once training bond is over, most employee leaves.

Pros

The company has a good training package for fresh graduates. For people interested in learning Japanese, this company is suited for you. The work environment is friendly and people have good relationships with each other. They have flexible time-in plan. Employees have opportunity to gain experience in different technologies and business domains depending on the project assignment.

Cons

Some hectic projects require employees to work on weekends. There are fairly a number of cases that requires employees to work overtime and overnight in order to meet deadlines due to incorrect estimation of work. Because of the project-based culture in the company, employees have limited chances of choosing the type of work, technology or domain that they want to focus on. To be able to acquire expertise on specific technical skills as well as business domain, one has to be in the right place at the right time in order to be included in the right project.
