They encourage the management staff to recognize and engage employees creatively and often. * Benefits: 8% to your 401K, even if you contribute 0%, vacation home in Destin to which each employee gets 5 days every 18 months, they contribute to keep medical affordable and they give 16 hours of volunteer time so we can participate in our communities. * Culture: our leadership cares and it shows. Cons
* Career growth: Advancial doesn't have a large head count and they can't create jobs without proper organizational growth and need, which is totally understandable. So unfortunately talented individuals that love the company have to leave to grow from time to time. * Compensation: not really a con as they do offer bonus opportuntities to all employees, it's just that the regualr wages are average to a little below. However, taking in all the other awesome benefits it pushes it back up to satisfy most.
