Co-workers, benefits and work environment are all great! CEO hosts a monthly all-employee meeting to keep communication flowing and let staff know what is going on with sales, service and products. We have special events, luncheons and birthday celebrations and everyone was provided a Fitbit in an effort to promote health and wellness company-wide and big discounts on health insurance. Advancial will even pay for registration for you and a friend for special outside events like annual Dash Down Greenville 5k! Managers are encouraged to have fun events for staff and show them gratitude for hard work during the year.

Could the pay be better - yes, of course it could be. But we do each receive an annual merit increase and a year-end incentive bonus, so that helps make up for it.
