Pros
I feel that Advancial really values everyone’s work/life balance, which is important to me. They promote wellness through the Vitality program, and hosting challenges to get people active. I’m also a big fan of the benefits package we have - not only is the insurance good and the employee cost low, but the “extras” are great! Vacation homes for employee use, extra money through Life Rewards for life expenses, extra money through Spark an Interest to try something new, and of course the employer 401k contribution of 8% (no matter what you put in!). Advancial also values culture and community, which I love. We try to come together often for socials and events, and there are always volunteer opportunities being set up for employees. Overall, Advancial is a great place to work. I would highly recommend it!
Cons
Sometimes it can take awhile to get things done in the way of projects/improvements due to the lean workforce. Things can get placed on the back burner and deadlines pushed out to make room for other projects/improvements, and that can be frustrating at times.
