Pros

Unique benefits outside of salary. There is access to vacation homes after a year. There are also funds that allow you to spend money on items/activites you wouldn’t do otherwise.

Cons

The salary is below market across the boards. Health insurance is cheaper but it doesn’t cover crap. The 401k is an absolute scam. I was told there was an 8% contribution but didn’t find out there was a vesting schedule until my first week. The onboarding packet even says, 100% vested in a portion of your balance after 2 years. It’s intended to trick you and confuse you. The leadership is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. It’s a cool kids club at it’s finest. It’s like they believe if they say the culture is great, it actually is. I have never been so blown away by the complete lack of leadership in an organization. So much happens below the surface that gets snuffed out by leadership. This company is toxic at it’s core and everyone says it’s great because of the hysterical belief that it’s such a wonderful place to work.
