Pros
No Pros at all, literally stay away.
Cons
The CCO is involved in almost every matter, including areas that should typically fall under HR. I had received another job offer, and the new employer required me to join as soon as possible. Although my employment contract mentioned a two-month notice period, both my direct manager and HR had no objection to an earlier release. However, the CCO—who is not in my reporting line—rejected this and made the situation very difficult. Neither HR nor my manager intervened; they remained passive throughout the situation. It is also important to note that, in the country where I work, the two-month notice period is not legally binding under local labor laws. Additionally: The salary offered is among the lowest in the market Management is unclear and poorly structured, with no clear ownership or accountability
