1. No opportunity for growth, growth and appreciation is only for the "upper management's pets". 2. No new experience 3. No appreciation of any sort. 4. Just into propaganda and appearing "good", while they actually have the worst upper management to employees relationship ever. 5. The open-door policy is just a lie, they do not have it. 6. Any update in their policies is done without any planning of any sort.
