Advansys will steal from you. Advansys will not train you. Advansys will not pay you fairly. Advansys will no treat you as a human being. Do not work here, I've been here for 6 years, and I would rather sweep streets than spend another second here. Run away, explore any other company, work in other field, just save yourself and do not come here.
