1. working hours are terrible and absolute mess 2. Outsource hiring is pain in the neck 3. "Pillable hours" , so you have to submit your hours on specific website over some task . As a result of that a trainee can't attend a full training as these hours aren't pillable. 4. also as result for number 3 there will be no free time during work or free day or just finished a project so u can take a break . you always have to keep your days and hours pillable .(you will not know the importance of this point unless you work there xD)
