Pros

I hardly see any Pros to be honest! Just that you get your hard earned money paycheck every week on time.

Cons

Pay you like peanuts, no quarterly reviews with consultants nor taking them out for lunch or not even organizing any events. Just know how to squeeze the money out of consultants! No great benefits, no 401k company match!

Cons

Assignments would end without any notice at all.
