Got into ford by contract thought I made it to the top.

Cons

Advantage resourcing is by far the worst contract house out there and I have worked for a few. Reason being: No raises or performance based reviews, zero response from staff when issues come up. empty promises. im leaving without notice never have done that before. if you want to be stressed work for this company. ZERO EMAIL RESPONSE FROM ANYONE IN THE COMPANY.

Assignments would end without any notice at all.
