There have been a number of changes within the UK business initiated when Recruit Holdings restructured to form Recruit Global Staffing in January 2018. This brought around some changes at the UK Board Level, strengthening the UK Management Board with experienced leaders from within the business who could develop and the growth strategy from the front. We appreciate that the recent annoucement to restructure our UK middle and back office functions from 4 regional office locations to a new head office based in Sale, Cheshire will be disappointing for many, no more so than those directly impacted by the change, however, we must ensure we future proof our business and provide the infrastructure we need in order to develop our sales business and grow our UK operations.
